Yoga for Stress Relief with Tabatha

Starts 30 October. 6 x Wednesdays two courses morning 9.30 - 11am or evening 6.00 - 7.30pm.
We are pleased to offer a trauma sensitive restorative yoga program for mental health and well-being. The 6 week program also features an initial one-on-one with Tabatha. Specifically designed for clients suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, the program combines both meditation and subtle yoga poses. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of exercise and relaxation aimed to soothe the nervous system and increase calmness both mentally and physically. Investment: $195
